ITS have delivered a CRMI Examiner Workshop to CRM Instructors from Bristow Group
This is a 2-day course, designed to prepare experienced CRM Instructors for assessment as CRMI Examiners. The course includes the following elements:
• Introduction to the role of the CRMIE
• Review of EU OPS, Subpart N and TGL 44 with regard to CRM training requirements
• Applying for accreditation as a CRMIE
• The CRMI Accreditation Application Process
• Briefing the CRMI
• Conducting, Observing and Assessing the CRMI Test
• Debriefing the CRMI
• Delegate Practise Sessions – Briefing, Conducting the Test, Debriefing
The course is very interactive, using both video sessions and live CRM sessions for delegates to practice and demonstrate the required skills.
