HPL Instructor course for Qatar Airways.
ITS have delivered a Human Performance & Limitations Instructor course for Qatar Airways on their base in Doha.
Qatar Airways continues to employ a significant number of direct entry pilots and has found that the HP&L knowledge of many of these pilots does not meet the EASA requirement. Previously this issue was dealt with by requiring all direct entry pilots to attend an HP&L course at a local university; however, the course was considered to be too theoretical and not fit for purpose.
Qatar Airways therefore asked ITS to deliver an HP&L Instructor course to a number of their instructors and to provide a set of courseware suitable for a 5-day HP&L course.
