Jetlink Express – Kenya
ITS recently delivered a CRM Instructor training course to a group of Jetlink Express instructors in Nairobi, Kenya. This course marks the beginning of a process for Jetlink Express to deliver their CRM training in-house.
ITS are now working with Jetlink Express to design a complete range of CRM courseware to meet their ongoing requirements.
Jetlink Express also intend delivering TRM (Team Resource Management) training to all non-flight crew personnel within the company, and have asked ITS to work with them to prepare suitable courseware.
